Hi Guys,
Thank you, everyone who was able to, for helping us move on Wednesday. We couldn't have done it without you. Seriously.
Wednesday and Thursday turned out to be a little more eventful than we anticipated, but God did not hesitate to provide. First, Greta had been praying for rain before we left and we sure got it, right when we started moving. But that wasn't bad at all; especially when we got so many people to help us, thank you again! We got the Uhaul packed up in one pop, and then My mom, little brother, and Joe Schmoll (some of you met him at Mars Hill) and his girlfriend Callie prepared to meet us in Belgrade to unload it all into the storage. Unfortunately, when Greta and I arrived at the storage, we realized that we had left the key in Bozeman. So we drove back to get the key and went back to Belgrade to unload it ourselves. When we unloaded everything but the couches into the driveway (we needed to put the couches into the storage first so everything else had to wait outside), the rain came hammering down. Just then, my mom showed up with a king size scrap blanket to cover the furniture. We finished up just in time to get the Uhaul back and meet some friends for dinner.
Gerry and Pat were generous enough to open up their home for us for the night. Thank you so much guys! The next day, we wanted to pack the car with all the things coming to Yuma with us. We quickly realized that we had lost the keys to the car that we needed to pack. After searching everywhere (which wasn't hard considering our house was empty), and calling AAA to break into our car, Greta had the brilliant idea to pray for God to place the keys in her path. Not seconds later, she walked right to them on the window sill. Wow. After canceling the AAA call, we knocked out the packing and rushed to finish cleaning the apartment. Thank you so much guys for clearing out the nails for us and patching the wall on Wednesday, that helped so much. Right when we realized that we couldn't finish cleaning in time and were running the risk of taking hundereds of dollars in charges from Fam Housing, Jonny H-less called; he was pretty much right outside. Only by God's grace, Jon's help, and Fam Housing's non-punctuallity, we finished cleaning without a second to spare. Thanks again Jon!
By this time, it was 4:00 and we needed to get our oil changed, change our address at the post office, and return our gym lock all before 5:00. We dropped the car off at the lube alley and jumped in the Honda to finish off the list.... but the Honda
would not start. Another call to AAA and they diagnosed a dead starter and towed the car back to the apartment (I think AAA has saved us thousands of $ this week alone). Well, we found out we could change our address on-line, and have someone else return our gym lock, thank's Cody and Chelsey. Jonny H-less gave us a hand yet again, to return the Steam-Vac we rented.
Pretty much everything that could have gone wrong did, yet each time, God provided some counter to keep us moving right along. It was amazing.
